PHNOM PENH: Cambodia Real Estate Association (CREA) signed a mutual agreement with China’s CCID Blockchain research institute to cooperate and expand the basic development of the real estate and tourism sector.
Deputy Governor of Qingdao, Mr. Liu Jianjun, Mr. Kheang Puthy, President of Cambodian Real Estate Association (CREA) and Mrs. Chhay Sivlin, President of Cambodian Association of Travel Agents attended the event.
On the 23rd January, Mr. Kheang Puthy, President of CREA spoke at the signing ceremony with Mr. Cai Quan Ji, director of the CCCT (Qingdao) Blockchain Research Institute that the agreement purposed to exchange experiences, research knowledge and modernize the real estate sector through new discoveries and to promote the real estate development in Cambodia.
He adds “Technology has played an important role for Cambodia real estate sector and even in the world, but our resources are limited compared to those developed countries,” He continues that Cambodia will be exciting with national and international institutions assistance to promote the sector with confidence and sustainable development.
In the meantime, Mr. Liu Jianjun, Deputy Governor of Qingdao also signed another cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Tourism, represented by Mr. So Visothy, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism to further promote and connect the tourism sector between Cambodia and Qingdao province.
Mr. Liu Jianjun was so pleasant and stated that Cambodia and Chinese leaders led remarkably improving relations between the two countries and it is the fact that an increasing number of investments to Cambodia, especially real estate and tourism sector and rapidly Chinese tourists. He continues by adding that Qingdao province commits to promoting the potential and good news about Cambodia aiming to bring more Chinese tourists to the country.
