ភ្នំពេញៈ លោកស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អនុប្រធានទី១ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា(ក.អ.ក.) បានអនុញ្ញាតជូនគណៈប្រតិភូក្រុមហ៊ុន Vinci Construction និងក្រុមហ៊ុនSUEZ ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក Thomas CHAUVEAU នាយកគ្រប់គ្រងផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិការថាមពល និងអាជីវកម្មថ្មីៗ នៃក្រុមហ៊ុនVinci Construction ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ។
ជំនួបនាព្រឹកនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូន លោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អំពីរបាយការណ៍នៃការសិក្សាសមិទ្ធិលទ្ធភាពគម្រោង “សួនកែច្នៃកាកសំណល់ ការជ្រើសរើសបច្ចេកវិទ្យា សម្រាប់ប្រព្រឹត្តកម្មសំណល់រឹងក្នុងទីក្រុង និងការផលិតថាមពល” ដែលត្រូវបានសហការសិក្សា ដោយអ្នកជំនាញពីក្រុមហ៊ុន Vinci Construction និងក្រុមហ៊ុន SUEZ Company ។

តាមរយៈបទបង្ហាញនេះដែរ អ្នកជំនាញបានជម្រាបអំពីព័ត៌មាន ជាអាទិ៍៖ ទិន្នន័យពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលប្រមូលបាន បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃការសិក្សាគម្រោង និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា សម្រាប់ការធ្វើប្រព្រឹត្តកម្មរោងចក្រកាកសំណល់ និងបំប្លែងជាថាមពលសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់បន្តទៀត។
ក្រុមហ៊ុនទាំងពីរ បានសហការសិក្សាគម្រោងនេះឡើង ជាមួយវត្ថុបំណង រួមមាន៖ (១)បង្កើតថាមពលស្អាត និងតម្លៃសមរម្យ ដោយបំប្លែងកាកសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកទៅជាអគ្គិសនី(២)បង្កើនអាយុកាលនៃទីលានចាក់សំរាម (៣) លើកកម្ពស់សុខភាព និងសុខុមាលភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ (៤) លើកកម្ពស់វិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម នវានុវត្តន៍ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធពាក់ព័ន្ធ តាមរយៈការសាងសង់រោងចក្រកែច្នៃកាកសំណល់ ជាមួយនឹងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាចុងក្រោយ និង(៥) ពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងការចំណាយ ក្នុងការកែច្នៃកាកសំណល់ក្នុងទីក្រុង៕
CDC: On the morning of Thursday, February 12, 2026, His Excellency Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), granted permission for a delegation from Vinci Construction and SUEZ, led by Mr. Thomas CHAUVEAU, Managing Director of Energy Operations and New Businesses of Vinci Construction, to pay a courtesy call and engage in a work discussion.
This morning’s meeting was organized to present to H.E. DPM the feasibility study report of the project “Waste Recycling Park – Selection of technologies for urban solid waste treatment and energy production”, which was jointly studied by experts from Vinci Construction and SUEZ Company. Through this presentation, the experts shared information such as: relevant data collected, project study updates, and related technologies for waste treatment and energy production for further use.
It is worth noting that the two companies have collaborated on this project with the following objectives: (1) creating clean and affordable energy by converting plastic waste into electricity, (2) increasing the lifespan of landfills, (3) promoting the health and well-being of citizens, (4) promoting industry, innovation, and related infrastructure through the construction of waste processing plants with the latest technology, and (5) strengthening cost management in waste
