Battambang: The location connecting main national road from Siem Reap to Battambang province has gradually revealed specific information.
Mr. In Dara, President of KW Battambang, said by telephone on the afternoon of January 4 that the national road connecting the above base has been revealed by specific officials. This road will be dragged out of Siem Reap crosses the Tonle Sap River and leads to Battambang City, located in Otaki area, connecting to Ring Road 2 in Thmor Kol District, Battambang Province.
“Due to the clear development plans of the government and the private sectors, the real estate market in Battambang is increasing, especially the flow of land sales,” he said. “Obviously, the price of land in Ring Road 2 area is between $25 and $150 per square meter, depending on the location and actual size of the land,” he said.
Mr. In Dara said some big projects such as the project of Neak Ouknha Leng Navatra has already started to build houses, while the second project is gradually filling the land and most of buyers are Battambang residents, which covers 50% and another 50% are from Pursat, Banteay Meanchey, Poipet and Phnom Penh.
Oknha Phou Puy, President of Battambang Provincial Chamber of Commerce, also said the location of the road base claimed by the officials is in Otaki area in Thmor Kol district, Battambang province, where the road from Siem Reap connects to Battambang province.
“With the economic growth and the increase in the living standards of people, Battambang province has made great progress in the real estate sector, especially affordable houses and leisure houses,” he said.
