Phnom Penh, H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, granted a courtesy meeting to Ms. Zhuyun Wu, General Director of NWC Investment, and her colleagues to briefed on its activities and discussed cooperation related to the tourism sector at the Ministry of Tourism headquarters.
During the meeting, Ms. Zhuyun Wu respectfully reported on the company’s activities and achievements. NWC Investment is recognized as a leading company in event organization and commercial promotion services for major domestic and international corporations. At the same time, the General Director requested the Ministry’s cooperation, support, and high-level guidance from H.E. the Minister regarding a planned MV production project aimed at promoting Cambodia’s tourism potential and investment opportunities more actively and extensively to the Chinese market, especially during the visa exemption campaign encouraging Chinese citizens to visit Cambodia during the Green Season.
In response, H.E. the Minister highly appreciated and thanked the company for its valuable initiative and contribution to supporting and developing Cambodia’s tourism sector in general, as well as attracting more Chinese tourists and investors in particular. H.E. the Minister also encouraged the company to continue promoting Cambodia’s positive image, especially its safety and security, attractive tourism potential, and favorable investment opportunities, through its media and communication networks both in Cambodia and China.
It should also be noted that the Royal Government of Cambodia has decided to grant a visa exemption for Chinese citizens, allowing stays in Cambodia for up to 14 days from June 15 to October 15, 2026, in order to attract more Chinese tourists during the country’s special Green Season.
