Phnom Penh. H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism: The Cambodia–India Cross-Border QR Payment System Provides Greater Convenience and Additional Appeal for Indian Tourists and Citizens to Visit Cambodia, Especially During the Green Season and the Major International Yoga Events Taking Place in Cambodia This June

H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, delivered congratulatory remarks at the official launch ceremony of the Cambodia–India cross-border UPI/QR payment system, organized by the Embassy of India in Cambodia.

The event was attended by H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, along with senior leaders and officials from ministries and government institutions, executives from the banking and private sectors, and numerous distinguished guests.

On this important occasion, H.E. the Minister highly commended the Embassy of India, the National Bank of Cambodia, and relevant institutions from both countries for their close cooperation in achieving this significant milestone.
