昨日(2025年1月20日)晚,柬埔寨Boss Hiring(Boss 直聘)企业人力资源服务公司举办了一场别开生面的企业主见面会,以“解决缺人缺钱缺资源”为主题,与260多位企企业主齐聚一堂,共庆中国新春节日的同时宣告柬埔寨第一家线下人力资源市场公司正式启动。

During the event, Mr. Lu, the director of Boss Hiring, delivered an insightful speech. He candidly expressed his commitment to advancing the public welfare and human resources services of Boss Hiring. Lu emphasized that Boss Hiring not only seeks innovation and development in business but also remains dedicated to fulfilling its social responsibility through charitable initiatives.

Boss Hiring’s CEO Lucky (Mrs. Zhang) revealed in his speech that the company was fully invested by Huiwang Group. In less than two months since its establishment, it has served 47 companies and has officially established a branch in Sihanoukville. This shows that there is a shortage of talents at all levels in Cambodia’s human resources service field, and foreign-invested enterprises in Cambodia are in a healthy development state. The increase in production capacity industries provides more innovation opportunities for human resources projects.

Forge ahead, serve enterprises and assume social responsibility
Boss Hiring’s Executive Director Liu Xiaobei hosted the company’s specially set up interactive questionnaire session during the event.

Through the carefully designed enterprise questionnaire, business owners recorded their needs in terms of talent, funds and resources, and Boss Hiring promised to provide targeted support plans based on the questionnaire feedback. In addition, in order to continue the company’s original intention of public welfare, the event also incorporated the business owners’ participation in the charity donation game session, encouraging business owners to experience the tips of corporate team building management with practical actions and support the charity of the new year.
