During the event, Mr. Lu, the director of Boss Hiring, delivered an insightful speech. He candidly expressed his commitment to advancing the public welfare and human resources services of Boss Hiring. Lu emphasized that Boss Hiring not only seeks innovation and development in business but also remains dedicated to fulfilling its social responsibility through charitable initiatives.

Boss Hiring’s CEO Lucky (Mrs. Zhang) revealed in his speech that the company was fully invested by Huiwang Group. In less than two months since its establishment, it has served 47 companies and has officially established a branch in Sihanoukville. This shows that there is a shortage of talents at all levels in Cambodia’s human resources service field, and foreign-invested enterprises in Cambodia are in a healthy development state. Boss Hiring’s Executive Director Liu Xiaobei hosted the company’s specially set up interactive questionnaire session during the event.
Through the carefully designed enterprise questionnaire, business owners recorded their needs in terms of talent, funds and resources, and Boss Hiring promised to provide targeted support plans based on the questionnaire feedback.
