    ភ្នំពេញៈ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគម​នាគមន៍ រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពី “សេចក្តីព្រាងប្រកា​សអន្តរក្រសួងស្តីពី ការដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ សម្រាប់អន្តរការី និងបុគ្គលផ្តល់សេវាតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក”។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកជំទាវ ជា រដ្ឋា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង លោកគង់ ផល្លៈ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងទាំងពីរ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងសមាគម និងក្រុមហ៊ុន/សហគ្រាស ដែលជាអន្តរការី និងបុគ្គលផ្តល់សេវាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិកជាច្រើនរូប។

សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ រៀបចំឡើងនៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងគោលបំណងប្រមូលធាតុចូល ចែករំលែកបទពិសោ​ធន៍ ផ្លាស់ប្ដូរយោបល់និងមតិស្ថាបនា ពីប្រតិបត្តិករពាក់ព័ន្ធ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងប្រកាសអន្តរក្រសួង ដែលក្រសួងទាំងពីរបានរៀបចំឡើង ពិសេ​សលើគោលការណ៍គ្រឹះចំនួន៥ រួមមាន៖១- តម្លាភាព និងសុចរិតភាព

។ ២- កិច្ចការពារ និងសុវត្ថិភាពទិន្នន័យបុគ្គលរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់៣-  ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ៤-  ការការពារសិទ្ធិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និង៥-យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទ។

Ministry of Commerce Cooperates with Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to Organize Consultative Workshop on “Draft Inter-Ministerial Prakas on the Implementation of the Code of Conduct for Intermediaries and E-Commerce Service Providers”

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 3 March 2026, the Ministry of Commerce cooperated with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to organize a consultative workshop on the “Draft Inter-Ministerial Prakas on the Implementation of the Code of Conduct for Intermediaries and E-Commerce Service Providers,” co-chaired by Her Excellency Chea Ratha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and His Excellency Kong Phallack, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. The workshop was attended by leadership and technical officials from both ministries, as well as representatives from various associations, companies, and enterprises operating as e-commerce intermediaries and e-commerce service providers.

The consultative workshop, held at the Ministry of Commerce, aimed to gather input, share experiences, and exchange constructive feedback from relevant operators on the draft Inter-Ministerial Prakas. The discussions focused on 5 fundamental principles:

1. Transparency and Integrity
2. Protection and Security of Users’ Personal Data
3. Advertising
4. Intellectual Property Rights Protection
5. Dispute Resolution Mechanisms

During the event, His Excellency Mam Amnot, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, also provided summary remarks and delivered the keynote closing address.
