កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានផ្តោតលើឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ នៃប្រតិបត្តិការតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេស យន្តការជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រវាងបណ្តាវិនិយោគិននៅក្នុងតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេសនៃប្រទេសដៃគូ តាមរយៈយន្តការចងក្រងព័ត៌មាន គោលនយោបាយ និងការលើកទឹកចិត្តវិនិយោគ ដើម្បីជំរុញការតភ្ជាប់ជាក់ស្តែងរវាងធុរកិច្ច និងធុរកិច្ច (B2B) ទៅវិញទៅមក។

His Excellency BUN Chanthy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, Participated as a Speaker in the International Congress on Special Economic Zones at the 4th International SEZ Forum in Moscow, Russian Federation … (Moscow, Russian Federation): On the morning of Thursday, 22 October 2026, His Excellency BUN Chanthy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, participated as a speaker in the international congress on “Special Economic Zones” at the 4th International Forum on Special Economic Zones, held at Technopolis Moscow. The session was attended by representatives of ministries responsible for coordinating special economic zones in China, Myanmar, and Madagascar, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and Special Economic Zones of Russia.
The discussion focused on best practices in SEZ operations, as well as mechanisms for promoting business-to-business (B2B) cooperation among investors in SEZs across partner countries through the exchange of information on policies and investment incentives. The panel also addressed the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and the adoption of circular economy models and green technologies to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of SEZs.
The Forum took place over three days, from 20 to 22 October 2026. The programme included site visits to companies and factories within Technopolis Moscow to showcase SEZ operations and business best practices, an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding special economic zones, and business networking sessions.
