ក្រោយពីបានទទួលពត៌មានមិនពិតនេះ គណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំក្រុមហ៊ុន បានចេញលិខិតធ្វើការអះអាង និងបញ្ជាក់ថា អ្នកស្រី ពេជ្រ ស្រីមុំ មិនមែនជាម្ចាស់ភាគហ៊ុន ឬម្ចាស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន GCC Group ឬជាបុគ្គលិករបស់ GCC Groupនោះទេ។
ក្រុមហ៊ុនGC City បានអះអាងថា រាល់សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ដែលធ្វើឡើងដោយបុគ្គលនេះ ឬភ្នាក់ងារសារព៍ត័មានដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលធ្វើអោយប៉ះពាល់ដល់កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន
ក្រុមហ៊ុននឹងរក្សាសិទ្ធិពេញលេញតាមច្បាប់ក្នុងការចាត់វិធានការផ្លូវច្បាប់ជាចាំបាច់ទៅលើ សារពត៌មានដែលបានបញ្ចេញពត៌មានមិនពិតនេះ និងបុគ្គលដែលជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់។
We, GC City (“GCC”), a company duly incorporated in the Kingdom of Cambodia, issue this public Declaration in order to clear any possible confusions in response to recent public Facebook posts and other social media platforms concerning a real estate agent named, PICH SREYMOM, which the content of such publications affect our company’s reputation.
We hereby announce and clarify to the public as well as our customers that the individual real estate agent named, PICH SREYMOM, is neither the shareholder/owner of GCC nor being employed by the GCC. Instead, this person is working for a real estate company, called Pich Sunshine Realty. Therefore, this person has no share nor employment whatsoever with GCC at all.
To protect our legal rights, any statement made by this person or related person of the stated company above affecting our company’s reputation, we reserve our full legal rights to take necessary legal actions against those individuals.
