After the overwhelming response from PropNex’s last recruitment seminar [Real Estate Success Seminar] held on the 23rd of October this year, they carried out another seminar [Career Workshop] held on the 15th of November.

The belief in adding value and providing the best service has propelled them to nurture world-class realty professionals led by a management team of visionaries. The PropNex brand has expanded regionally beyond Singapore to Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the latest addition to the PropNex family, Australia.

PropNex (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is a full-service real estate agency with headquarters in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The services they provide are project marketing, residential and commercial brokerage, land and investment, property valuation, research consulting, and property management. Their business strategy is to provide cost-effective solutions and the expertise needed to achieve the market development goals of their clients. They aim to provide a transparent platform to their customers in the real estate market and help end misleading and deceptive practices within Cambodia’s Real Estate industry.

They currently stand at 400 freelance agents and among many of their goals for the upcoming year, is to increase that number to 1000 salespersons. To achieve this, they are driven to conduct substantial recruitment seminars to bring quality agents into Cambodia, and to give back to the community by improving the standards of real estate agencies in the Cambodian market. Career Workshop was conducted by 2 PropNex leaders; Mor Maneth, Russel Tizon, and Managing Director Thida Ann.
