The skyscraper, located in Dubai, contains 900 luxury residences with prices varying by size and location, according to Arabian Business magazine. Annual service charges are $16.35-19.1 per sq.m.

Prices for two- and three-bedroom apartments there can reach up to $1.9 million and $3.3 million, respectively. Monthly rent at the building can range from $4,085 for a one-bedroom to over $54,450 for a four-bedroom or a penthouse.

Additionally, utilities, including electricity, water, and cooling, typically cost around $1,630 per month.

Residents of the skyscraper are also subject to annual service charges of $16.35-19.1, which cover maintenance, security, and other amenities such as fitness center, pools, 24/7 concierge services, sky lobbies and direct access to the Dubai Mall.

Since its inauguration on January 4, 2010, the 828-meter-tall Burj Khalifa has held the record as the tallest building in the world.

It is part of the Downtown Dubai complex, the most sought-after location for residential real estate in Dubai by international high-net-worth individuals, Khaleej Times reported, quoting Will McKintosh, regional partner and head of residential for Mena at property consultancy Knight Frank.

The Burj Khalifa has seen a total of $2.67 billion in home sales since its opening, with the most expensive residential unit sold last year costing $4.08 million, according to Knight Frank.
