កោះកុង៖ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តកោះកុង ព្រមទាំងវិស័យឯកជន បានប្តេជ្ញារួមគ្នាក្នុងការជំរុញ និងអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅខេត្តកោះកុង ឱ្យក្លាយជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍កម្រិតខ្ពស់ សម្រាប់ទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ការអភិវឌ្ឍកោះទទឹងរីស្សតនេះ គឺជាការវិនិយោគដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនខ្មែរ ស្នាដៃនិងគំនិត ព្រមទាំងការឆ្នៃប្រឌិតដោយវិនិយោគិនខ្មែរ ដោយរក្សានូវអត្តសញ្ញាណខ្មែរ ដែលនេះបានឆ្លុះបញ្ជាំងពីការរួមចំណែករបស់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរ ដែលចេះស្រឡាញ់និងរួបរួមគ្នាក្រោមទិសស្លោក “ខ្មែររួមគ្នា ខ្មែរខ្លាំង”។
ក្នុងបេសកកម្មនេះ លោក ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកស្រី ព្រមទាំងលោកស្រី ឈី វ៉ា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តកោះកុង បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូចុះទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា និងពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាក់ស្តែងនៅ “កោះទទឹងរីស្សត” ដែលជារមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍កម្រិតខ្ពស់ថ្មីមួយ ស្ថិតក្នុងទឹកដីខេត្តកោះកុង។ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្តកោះកុង តំណាងសមាគមក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា រួមមាន CATA, CTF និង PATA ព្រមទាំងអ្នកផលិតមាតិកាជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ សរុបប្រមាណ ៦០ នាក់។
គណៈប្រតិភូបានចុះពិនិត្យហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗនៅលើកោះទទឹងរីស្សត រួមមាន វីឡាលំហែប្រណិត ផ្ទះឈើបែបខ្មែរបុរាណ បណ្ណាល័យ កន្លែងហាត់ប្រាណ និងយូហ្គា អាងហែលទឹក កន្លែងមើលថ្ងៃលិច និងភោជនីយដ្ឋាន ដែលបានរៀបចំតាមស្តង់ដារខ្ពស់។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះក្រុមហ៊ុន ដែននគរ (ខេមូឌា) អ៊ិនវេសមិន ឯ.ក. ដែលបានវិនិយោគ និងអភិវឌ្ឍកោះទទឹងរីស្សត តាមរយៈ ឱ្យក្លាយជារមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍ប្រណិត មានសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់ក្នុងការប្រកួតប្រជែងលើទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា “កោះទទឹងរីស្សត” បានបើកដំណើរការសាកល្បងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ ដោយមានវីឡាសរុបចំនួន ២៤ រចនាបែបបុរាណ និងសហសម័យ ព័ទ្ធជុំវិញដោយធម្មជាតិខៀវស្រងាត់ និងមានឆ្នេរខ្សាច់សស្អាតប្រវែងប្រមាណ ២,០០០ ម៉ែត្រ ដែលផ្តល់នូវបទពិសោធន៍លំហែកាយដ៏ប្រណិត និងឯកជនភាពខ្ពស់។

The Ministry of Tourism and the Koh Kong Provincial Administration, in collaboration with the private sector, are promoting the development of high-end tourism in Koh Kong Province.
The Ministry of Tourism, the Koh Kong Provincial Administration, and the private sector have jointly committed to promoting and developing tourism in Koh Kong Province into a high-end destination to attract both national and international tourists. The development of Koh Totung Resort is an investment by a Cambodian company, driven by Cambodian ideas, creativity, and innovation, while preserving Khmer identity. This reflects the contribution of Cambodian people who unite under the motto “Khmer Together, Khmer Strong.”
In this mission, H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism and Madam along with H.E. Mrs. CHHI Va, Governor of Koh Kong Province, led a delegation to conduct a study visit and inspect the actual development progress at “Koh Totung Resort,” a new high-end tourist destination located in Koh Kong Province. The visit included participation from leaders of the Ministry of Tourism, provincial authorities of Koh Kong, representatives from Cambodia’s tourism industry associations such as CATA, CTF, and PATA, as well as national and international content creators, totaling around 60 participants.
The delegation inspected key infrastructure on Koh Totung Resort, including luxury villas, traditional Khmer wooden houses, a library, fitness and yoga facilities, a swimming pool, sunset viewing areas, and restaurants, all developed to high standards.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister expressed appreciation and highly valued Dainkor (Cambodia) Investment Co., Ltd. for investing in and developing Koh Totung Resort into a luxury tourism destination with strong potential to compete in the international market.
It is worth noting that “Koh Totung Resort” officially launched its soft opening on March 20, 2026, featuring a total of 24 villas designed in both traditional and contemporary styles.
Surrounded by lush greenery and boasting a pristine white sandy beach stretching approximately 2,000 meters, the resort offers an exclusive and luxurious relaxation experience.
