H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the “Cambodia Food Expo 2026,” held under the “Khmer Food Must Be Strong” campaign and led by H.E. Dr. OM Sengbora, Chairman of the Board of the CEO Institute. The event aims to enhance the prestige of Khmer cuisine, strengthen product quality and standards, and promote the capacity and competitiveness of Cambodian entrepreneurs in both domestic and international markets.
The event serves as an important platform for showcasing food and beverage products, processed agricultural products, and innovative creations by Cambodian entrepreneurs. It also provides opportunities for producers, suppliers, investors, and business partners to meet, exchange experiences, and establish new networks of cooperation.
The Expo also makes a significant contribution to promoting Cambodia’s culinary heritage and advancing gastronomy tourism by connecting Khmer flavours with the Kingdom’s culture, traditions, local identities, and tourism destinations across the country.

We respectfully invite the Cambodian public, as well as national and international tourists, to visit the Expo, support Cambodian products, and join together in promoting national pride under the spirit of:
“United for the Strength and Success of Our National Economy! Khmer Food Must Be Strong!”
The event is being held from 17 to 19 July 2026 at the Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh.
