ភ្នំពេញៈ សមាគមអ្នកវាយតម្លៃ និងភ្នាក់ងារអចលនវត្ថុកម្ពុជា (CVEA) បានសហការជាមួយសមាគមអ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកវាយតម្លៃអចលនទ្រព្យ មកពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក (NAR) បង្កើតវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពិសេស រយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃ នៅដើមខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនេះ។
សមាគមអ្នកវាយតម្លៃ និងភ្នាក់ងារអចលនវត្ថុកម្ពុជា (CVEA) បានសហការជាមួយ National Association of Realtors (NAR) និង Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក (USA) ដើម្បីរៀបចំបើកវគ្គសិក្សាស្តីពី Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) វគ្គសិក្សានេះនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅរយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ផ្ដើមពីថ្ងៃទី០៧-០៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ នៅសណ្ឋាគារភ្នំពេញ (Phnom Penh Hotel)។

ការរៀបចំវគ្គសិក្សានេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកអចលនទ្រព្យដល់សាធារណៈជនទូទៅ ដើម្បីសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីវិសយអចលនទ្រព្យអន្ដរជាតិ និងសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារក្នុងស្រុកដែលមានដូចជា៖ 1.Marketing, -Five essential marketing skills,Personal promotion techniques,-Marketing and promotion systems, Delivery systems to generate a successful referral business។
